People not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building. ⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances.

Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM and our check-out time is before 11:00 AM.

If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. ⚠️ For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linen per bed and one set of towels per guest.

Bed linen and bath linen changes can be arranged and paid for separately.
