Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Perivale Underground Station on the Central Line is just a 10-minute walk away, providing direct access to Oxford Circus and central London in around 25 minutes.
Greenford Station, also nearby, connects to both the Central Line and National Rail services.
Frequent bus routes run to Ealing, Wembley, and Greenford, while street parking is available nearby for guests travelling by car. Please note, construction is taking place next door between the hours of 8 am - 6 pm so noise may be heard during your stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

Although the noise from the building works right next door was a bit of a nuisance, it was a great place for a long-term stay. Very Charming and cozy loft near wembley , not so far from central and tube station . Walking distance to grocery stores . My favorite part doing cardio along the river leading to a small Mountain and disc golf course .
