For everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices: ⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency. ⚠️ It is not allowed to make noise after 10 pm (Silence Law). ⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation.

People not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building. ⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags. ⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment.

Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am.
