The kitchen is smartly arranged for those who enjoy cooking, and there’s plenty of room around the dining table to linger over a meal or map out the day’s plans.
A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, while a downstairs WC adds to the practical touches.
The sitting room provides a comfortable setting to relax and recharge, with a Smart TV and electric fire adding a touch of homely warmth for quieter evenings in.

All three bedrooms have been thoughtfully finished to offer a restful end to each day, and with each one boasting its own en-suite, there’s no queue for the shower in the morning.
Upstairs, you’ll find two super-king-size bedrooms, both with an en-suite including a walk-in shower and bath, ideal for a proper soak after a long walk.
One of these rooms also opens onto a balcony, the perfect perch for morning coffee or a quiet nightcap.
