Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest underground station, Golders Green, is just a 4-minutes walk. Heathrow Airport is an 42-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

The best equipt flat stay yet. Many thoughtful details covered. Appreciated that diligence.
SO grateful for access around the corner to bus and tube to center London. Safe, neighborhood area with excellent Korean Thai and Persian restaurants around corner. VERY RESTFUL with deck, chairs to listen to birds over morning coffee!
How about a sponge and scrubbie for dish washing.
Otherwise, all needs covered thoughtfully. Really appreciated that.

I had a great stay.
The apartment is new, very clean, and well maintained.
The small garden balcony is a lovely addition and makes the apartment even more enjoyable.
The location is convenient, and communication with the host was easy.
I would be happy to stay here again.

The Garden Room was very cute and cosy. The only downside was that there wasn’t a real kitchenette. If you like to cook your own meals, a microwave and small space is not enough. But we managed and enjoyed our stay.
