This charming, approx. 95 m² 3-room holiday flat with balcony and lake view awaits up to 4 guests in the beautiful Holsteinische Schweiz region.

The bright living area welcomes you with a cosy sitting area and a snug sofa landscape - and a fantastic view of the Großer Plöner See. Step out onto the spacious, furnished south-west-facing balcony and round off the evening with your favourite dishes. The modern kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso machine is open to the living area and is sure to make amateur chefs smile. After a great day's holiday, you will find restful sleep in the double bed (2x 90x200 cm) in the bedroom. From here you also have access to the large balcony. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (80x200 cm, extendable to 160x200 cm). In the morning, you will be greeted by the bright bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. There is also a guest WC. Take a dip in the lake to start the day, a beautiful swimming spot is within walking distance.

An outdoor car parking space is reserved for you. Your bicycles can be stored in your own storage room. Washing machine for own use. WiFi is included.
