The 2-room holiday flat is located directly on the beach on the 2nd floor of Schöneberg beach. Up to 4 people can enjoy their holiday here on one of approx. 42 m². Enjoy the fantastic view of the Baltic Sea!

A living area with sofa bed and open-plan kitchen awaits you. A modern flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a WLAN connection provide entertainment. In the separate bedroom you will find a restful sleep in the comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and start the new day refreshed in the shower room.

An outdoor car parking space is reserved for you. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the common room and can be used for a fee.
