The carpets need a good clean in the building, communication with the property manager was touch and go - they would not always answer the messages and would be on hold a few times - check in was a mess - they did not show up once and did not come to pick up the keys, the property had a massive spid...

First the pros……great location near restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Close to several public transit stops. The unit is very sunny. Now the cons…..there are many flights of stairs to walk up and stairwell isn't exactly clean. Found a black hair on our towels when we arrived. Property manag...
