Our home is the perfect launch pad for an ideal Keys vacation! Located in the picturesque Key Colony Beach neighborhood, you'll love biking and sunset viewing by the community's private pier and beach.
Ideally situated near restaurants and activities.
It includes a dock accommodating a 21-foot boat.
Fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including kitchen equipment, quality linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, and more! The Space: This waterfront home features four beautiful bedrooms, a private pool, and a dock perfect for launching kayaks and paddleboards into the ocean or taking the boat out for a day on the water.
Designed on a single level, it offers an open, airy layout ideal for families and groups.
Enjoy comfortable, modern coastal décor, a gourmet kitchen, and spacious living areas.
The patio, surrounded by tropical foliage, is perfect for family barbecues or a peaceful morning coffee.
After a day on the water, unwind with a sunset on the patio or a relaxing soak in the deep tub. -Our dock can accommodate a boat up to 21' -The bunk room includes a double bed at both the bottom and top bunks. -The pool can be heated for a fee of $75/night. -A high chair and pack and play can be made available for no additional fee.

The Neighborhood: Key Colony Beach is part of Marathon Key, which is a 10-mile stretch of island 2 hours south of Miami International Airport in the middle of the Keys island chain.
In addition to being in close proximity of numerous restaurant and shopping hubs, our home is only a one hour drive from Key West and the home of Ernest Hemingway.

Spacious house, great pool, terrific location, lots to do in the area for all ages. Very different from other parts of Florida that I have been to. Lovely little beach a short walk away called Sunset Beach. Everyone of all ages shows up with a drink and/or snack and gets to listen to the Marathon singers and watch a the sunset.

Beautiful house. Lovely location. Pool nicely shaded. When we had an issue with the house, it was corrected within an hour. Can highly recommend.

Property showed very used not kept up,Not very clean, floors and showers were discussing, ants everywhere inside and out,Pool deck was very uneven tripping hazard, chlorine levels were very high Musty smell inside house,Location was great
