With an abundance of outdoor dining and lounge space and a gas BBQ grill, you may find yourself spending quite a bit of your vacation outside, enjoying the palm trees, ocean breezes, and the warm sun on your face. The ground level of the South Mission Beach House offers plenty of indoor/outdoor living space, thanks to the living room with retractable doors leading to the spacious front courtyard patio. The stylish and modern kitchen features crisp white cabinetry and counters, a dramatic glass-tiled backsplash and stainless-steel appliances.

While there isn’t a dedicated dining room, there is plenty outside, and the large marble-topped breakfast bar provides both workspaces for the chef and casual seating for dining. On this downstairs level, you’ll also find a family-friendly bedroom and full bath next to this room featuring a tiled and glass-walled walk-in shower. On the upper level are three more bedrooms, one with laundry, a full bathroom with shower and a view balcony deck spanning between two of the bedrooms. In the rear of the property, there is a beach shower for post-beach convenience. This vacation rental comes with 2+ dedicated parking spaces in the rear of the home and with parking at a premium in this area, this is an excellent feature just by itself! Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans and box fans, ready-made beds, one full towel set and beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of household and bath soaps and paper goods.
