Our chalet is all new and reflects an Austrian vibe.

Our kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances including microwave and dishwasher.

It also has a huge table for family dinners, a flat-screen 4k Tv for movie nights with an open-concept living and game area.

Our chalet has a massive patio overlooking the amazing views of the lake.

We have 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, television, and ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom also has a queen bed along with 2 double bunk beds; the third bedroom (queen) features a gorgeous walk-out to the back porch of this stunning home. We can accommodate 8 guests very comfortably.

Highlights - 1 min away from Oliphant beach - This location has the best sunsets. - - Photogenic - 700 meters away from paddle/boat rentals (Paddle The Bruce Rentals) - Internet download speed is usually 10-15mbps (perfect for working from home or school) - 2 towels and 1-2 hand towels provided per bedroom/guest - A/C - Shampoo, Conditioner, hand wash and paper towels will be provided. - Kitchen necessities will be provided (Keurig, toaster, coffee pods, tea, creamer/milk, 4 water bottles/Perrier, salt, pepper and sugar) Winter Activities: - Snowmobiling (not provided many trails in the area) - Ice Fishing in the area - Snow shoeing (Visit Thorncrest Outfitters in Southampton or Suntrail Source for Adventure in Hepworth to rent a pair) - 10 mins away are many snow shoeing trails Summer Activities: - Sauble beach - Oliphant Beach - Jet Skiing - Sauble falls - Lake across the house - Many beautiful trails in the Area **NOT INCLUDED** - Firewood ***We are on well water.

The water is regularly and it is safe to drink.

If well water bothers you then its ideal for you get extra drinking water. House Guidelines: - Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit or near exits. - Kindly show consideration for your neighbors by maintaining reasonable noise levels. - Parties are not permitted.

You will be fined by Bylaws - Replacement fees will apply for any missing or damaged amenities, utilities, or equipment. - Towels, sheets, pillows, and toiletries are provided for your use during your stay.

Please refrain from taking them.

Missing items will incur fees. - Always close the garage door after garbage disposal to avoid additional cleaning fees - If you are accompanied by pets, please pick up after them. - Parking: only 2-3 cars maximum (winter only 2).

Please ensure you are only parked on the asphalt and not the grass.

The lawn on the right belongs to the neighbors and we must respect their property. - We welcome furry friends for a pet fee, as it helps cover the extra 1-2 hour long cleaning /labor after checkout. - Please note we are on well water and rural septic system.

DO NOT flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper it will clog and you will be charged. - Exercise caution when venturing into the woods or the water Note: We have landscaping contractors who will be at the property weekly.
