HOA announced in March, construction on the building will be taking place through the end of 2025 which will be disruptive at times. Compass Pointe is located on Little Lagoon with access to the beach just a short five-minute walk away. It offers the best of both worlds: a waterfront location with great views of the lagoon and easy access to the beach. Amenities include: gas BBQ grill area, pool, pier, fish cleaning station, gym, & a dock to tie up a water toy. $200 non-refundable dog fee.
The Space:
HOA announced in March, construction from Hurricane Sally will be taking place on the building through the end of 2025 which will be disruptive at times. While we are not privy to the fluctuating timeline or complete scope of work, it will consist of replacing doors, windows, coating, balcony work, etc.
Compass Pointe is a waterfront resort community located on Little Lagoon with fantastic community amenities. Delightfully removed from the main strip away from the traffic, yet only a short 5-minute walk to the beach.
Compass Point 201 offers three-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, 1,300 square feet, with ample space for up to 10 guests to relax and unwind during their stay. The open interior is well-appointed for comfortable downtime, with the living area featuring a sleeper-sofa, two accent chairs, balcony access, and a smart TV for casual home entertainment. The dining table seats six with room for four more at the kitchen bar. The kitchen, featuring granite counters and stainless appliances, is well-equipped for your cooking needs.
The expansive wraparound balcony is accessed from each of the bedrooms and is the perfect place to start your day with morning coffee or end it with a sunset cocktail. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has two twin-sized bunk beds so it can accommodate four guests. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Other essentials include central air conditioning, free WIFI, and a private washer/dryer.
Although the beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, located at the end of W 13th Street, Compass Pointe offers fantastic community amenities for you to take advantage of during your stay such as: a small boat ramp perfect for a small boat, pontoon, kayak, or jet ski, BBQ grill area with gas grill, picnic tables, waterside outdoor pool, pier, fish cleaning station, and dock to tie up a water toy (first-come, first-serve). If you plan to bring a trailer, there is a designated parking area on-site, although registration with the on-site Homeowners Association (HOA) is required.
We allow for one non-shedding dog for an added non-refundable fee of $200 per stay. The dog must be vetted and registered before arrival. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine.

Two parking passes will be provided and it is most allowed per HOA rules. If you have a third vehicle, it can park at our office, which is about 10 minutes from the complex, for $50/stay.
One non-shedding dog is allowed for a non-refundable $200 fee. Must be vetted and registered before arrival.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses
