Discounted rate through mid-April as construction is taking place on the balcony rails building-wide which involves loud, disruptive drilling at times. They start on 2/25 on level 18 and work their way down, working from 8 AM- 5 PM, M-F. This condo is on level 3 so the main disruption will likely be late-March to early April. No additional discounts or refunds. This likely isn’t an ideal rental during the construction period for those with infants or those who spend most of the day in the unit.

The Space:
**On 2/25, the HOA announced balcony repair which will be loud and disruptive at times, involving anchoring & drilling, beginning on the 18th floor and working down. The project will go through March and possibly April. This unit is on level 3 so we anticipate the most disruption for our unit to be late March to early April. The unit has been discounted due to the construction. There will be no additional discounts given. This property is listed for sale and may need to be shown.**

Crystal Tower 206 consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, has been professionally decorated, and is meticulously maintained. Our second-level unit offers a slight beach view and direct view of the pool so you can easily watch the kids swim while from the comfort of the expansive balcony. The living area features a 55” wall-mounted flat-screen TV, comfy furnishings, and balcony access. The dining table seats four plus room for two more at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counters. The full-sized stack front load washer and dryer makes doing laundry a breeze. The master bedroom features a plush king size bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with a pull-out single trundle bed. Making use of the sleeper sofa in the living room, Crystal Tower 206 can accommodate up to seven guests.

1.3 miles west of the Hangout. Minutes from all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that the area.

The pools, sauna, and fitness center hours are from 8AM TO 11PM.

Other Things to Note:
*A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at the complex. If you have a 3rd vehicle, we can likely let you park it at our office for a fee of $50.
*Upon arrival, guests will pick up arrival package which contains door code, wrist bands, and parking pass from our office, which is about 10 minutes from the complex.
