The Downtown Festival consists of an arcade, fitness center, resort-style heated swimming pool, private cabanas, kids waterpark, beach volleyball court, and a putt golf course.

The community is located directly off I4 in Orlando with short distance to all the Disney World, Universal, Legoland, and SeaWorld attraction parks, restaurants, malls and well-known championships golf courses. Lavish decoration offers privacy and great accommodation for up to 8 guests. The ground floor offers a spacious open-plan which consist of the kitchen, sitting & dining area leading to the private lanai. On the upper floor the rooms are furnished with a King Size bed in the master bedroom, a Mickey Themed bedroom with one Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed with Twin Trundle, and third bedroom with QueenSize bed. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed.

A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own.
