It is situated in the intersection of Poinciana Blvd. and US-192 with easy access to Osceola Pkwy, SR 535, Central Florida Green Way and I-4. This means it is a short drive away from exploring all the Walt Disney World Parks, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, LegoLand, I-Drive shops and restaurants, the most recognizable shopping malls, and many other indoor and outdoor entertainment options. The community features a heated swimming pool at the pavilion, and open areas for picnics or having BBQ's under the community's gazebo while the little ones can play in the tot lot. Very fair price and one of the better locations in the area. Overall, the quality was good and I would pick it again as an option.What kept the rating down: 1). There was a shortage of towels vs planned guests. 2). It was difficult to keep the smaller location cool enough at night. 3). The floors were sticky downstairs and many things I do not feel like they have ever been dusted.

The house was great. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. One of the double beds was a little saggy and could do with refreshing but this is our only negative. The location was perfect. We had a small issue during our stay which was resolved immediately and communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
