We are a warm and welcoming host couple - Sophie and Julius - with a deep connection to the region and a passion for hospitality.
Sophie grew up in the beautiful Chiemgau region and knows the area inside and out. Her roots and love for her homeland are reflected in every detail of our holiday home. Julius has dedicated his life to the hospitality industry and brings a wealth of experience in guest care and satisfaction.
Our shared passion is to share the beauty of Chiemgau and traditional Bavarian hospitality with many people. We are delighted to offer our guests not just accommodation, but a home away from home where they can feel comfortable and enjoy the stunning surroundings.

The prices do not include the tourist tax of EUR 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 15 years: EUR 1.00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.

Directions by car to your accomodation 'Chiemgau One':
From Munich:

Take the A8 motorway towards Salzburg.
Exit the A8 at junction 112 (Bernau am Chiemsee) and follow the B305 towards Grassau/Reit im Winkl.
Follow the B305 through Bernau am Chiemsee and Grassau.
In Marquarstein, turn right onto Tiroler Straße/B307.
After about 1 km, turn left onto Freiweidacherstraße.
Freiweidacherstraße 8a is on the right side at the end of the cul-de-sac.

From Salzburg:

Take the A1 motorway and follow the A8 towards Munich.
Exit the A8 at junction 112 (Bernau am Chiemsee) and follow the B305 towards Grassau/Reit im Winkl.
Follow the B305 through Bernau am Chiemsee and Grassau.
In Marquarstein, turn right onto Tiroler Straße/B307.
After about 1 km, turn left onto Freiweidacherstraße.
Freiweidacherstraße 8a is on the right side at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Take the regional train (Meridian) towards Salzburg and get off at Prien am Chiemsee.
From Prien am Chiemsee, take bus 9505 towards Reit im Winkl and get off at Marquarstein, Rottau.
Walk along Tiroler Straße/B307 for about 1 km and turn left onto Freiweidacherstraße.
Freiweidacherstraße 8a is on the right side at the end of the cul-de-sac.

From Salzburg:
