Our beautiful house is located in Unteren Baumgartlehen, known for its excellent, sunny, and quiet location (just a few meters walk to the center of Neukirchen).
In about ten minutes, you can reach the valley station of the Wildkogelbahn, and the valley run is also in close proximity.
In winter, you can access the beautiful natural cross-country ski trail "Markt" directly in front of the house.
Included: final cleaning; heating; water; all fees.
Stay on the main road - Turmöl gas station - Alpina - about 30 meters further turn off for Neukirchen - Hotel Steiger - then take the second street on the right.

Super kind and sweet owner. Really clean and nice apartment, we did not expect this high quality for the price.
We loved our stay there
It is a 10 minute walk to the ski lift, but with small kids and equipment it was quite a walk there (more like 20 minutes).

Ganz liebe und nette Gastgeber und die Lage des Appartements ist großartig - man ist gleich zu Fuß im Zentrum und auch die Talstation ist fußläufig erreichbar.

... eine kurze Mail kurz vor der Anreise und alle offenen Punkte wurden geklärt, auf Handtücher und Bettwäsche konnten wir im Gepäck verziechten, die gab es vor Ort.
Die Wohnung war sauber und liegt sehr ruhig, aber auch zentral, in 10 Minuten ist man im Ortszentrum. Bei Fragen gab es immer direkte Antworten.
