Beach House 4/5 enjoys a superb situation on one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands — the Nollestrand near Vlissingen. You have a fantastic view of the sea from your accommodation. Sleeping right next to the beach is a unique experience.
Beach House 4/5 is suitable for 4 adults and one child up to 12 years old. Each Beach House has a special open sleeping loft with a double bed. This means you can even enjoy the amazing view of the sea and beach from your bed. The living room and open-plan kitchen offer plenty of comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and you can use the sofa in the living room as a sofa bed if desired. On the ground floor you'll find a second bedroom with a bunk bed for two people, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The descriptions, images, specifications, and floor plans of the accommodation are subject to change. In some accommodations, a maximum of two pets per accommodation are allowed on request. If you would like to bring your pet, you must indicate this directly when booking. Additional costs apply per pet. The surcharge per pet is shown when entering your booking details. It is no longer possible to add a pet after completing the booking, as the number of pet-friendly accommodations is limited for each accommodation category. City and sea The new beach houses, dune lodges and urban villas of Roompot Resort Vlissingen look so fantastic, you actually want to own them. Imagine, walls in a sea green colour, soft comfortable furniture, an industrial wood stove. Stylish. In the garden, the partitions are of reed and tall grass. The roof of the urban villas are covered with sedum, the garden faces south. The lodges and villas are located at the foot of the dunes and the boulevard of Vlissingen. On the border between the city and the beach, the intersection between nature and culture, it can't get better. Breathe in culture with a healthy blush on your cheeks From the beach houses and dune lodges, you walk right onto the beach in the morning, otherwise it's 250 meters walk. You probably slept like a baby with the lapping of the sea in the background. What shall we do? Walking? Sunbathing? Swimming? Read a book in the garden? Along the promenade, you can walk into the centre of Vlissingen, where there's lots to do. Vlissingen is one of the four cultural capitals of Zeeland. You will find the best art house films, museums and lectures here. There are also lots of interesting shops, lovely restaurants, or rent a bike and hit the road. Check out the neighbourhood and beyond. Because that's Zeeland. Roompot house rules - The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. - Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused. - The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another. - If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot. Fireworks not permitted In the Netherlands, private New Year’s Eve fireworks are banned and the setting off of fireworks of any kind is prohibited. The park does not carry out any checks, so we cannot guarantee a completely quiet and fireworks-free night. It is also possible that fireworks may be set off in the immediate vicinity of the park.

Die Lage am Strand ist 1A. Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr hochwertig und ansprechend ausgestattet.
Toilettenpapier nur eine Rolle, weiteres musste selbst besorgt werden. Fußweg zur Unterkunft könnte besser organisiert werden hinsichtlich Gepäcktransport u. Beschilderung.

Das Haus war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, das hat uns verblüfft. Es war ein unfassbar geniales Gefühl am Strand zu wohnen, die Aussicht war genial!!!! Gut ausgestattet und sauber, ruhige angenehme Gäste (auch die mit Kindern ☺️).

Einkaufmöglichkeit...Kein Geschäft in der Nähe. Aldi mit dem Auto erreichbar, zu Fuß-etwas weit.
Zu viele Familien mit den Kindern, keine Ruhe.
