Lagoonacy has plenty to offer in this spacious and stylish 3BDR/2BA home. Whether it’s for a family vacation, business retreats, or even creative pursuits, such as songwriting sessions or sebatacles, our home provides a wealth of opportunities during your stay. From the spacious floor-plan of the living/dining/kitchen area, to the layout of the bedrooms, the spacious outside deck, or lounging in the swing on the dock, there is ample room to either hangout as a group or to allow everyone their own space during their stay. Everything you’d expect to have in a home is at your disposal, including a fully-stocked kitchen, towels, and linens.
OUTSIDE:
Facing the lagoon, on the backside of the house, there is an open-air, partially covered, multi-level patio that can comfortably accommodate your entire party. The yard size is perfect for yard games and exercising. If you have a paddle boat, canoe, kayaks, or anything of the sort, you can launch them from our pier in the back. You can even just take it easy and sit on the dock to fish.
Underneath the home, you’ll notice the main entrance, as well as an area for fish-cleaning and showering the sand off your feet and body. There’s also a charcoal grill there for you to cook all the fresh catches you get during your stay.
The house is adjacent to West 12th St, which has direct neighborhood boardwalk access to the beach with showers to wash off sand and a public bathroom. This is a quick 5 min walk. There is limited parking at this access point making this mainly a neighborhood beach area with typically fewer crowds. There’s plenty of opportunity to do so much, so definitely take advantage of what this home and its location has to offer.
THE KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is stocked to the gills with everything you can possibly need for meal-prep, aside from the food. Ample counter-space abound, it’s a great area to start and end each day, cooking meals and catching up with your friends and family. We can arrange to have groceries and other supplies for you ahead of your arrival, or help obtain anything during your stay, for an additional fee. Feel free to reach out to us for details; we’re happy to help!
DINING ROOM:
Conveniently placed next to the kitchen area, the dining table seats 4 comfortably for any meal or game night you might have during your stay. For larger groups, there are four bar stools by the raised countertop on the other side of the sink, as well as extra seating outside on the deck.

There’s plenty of comfortable seating on the couch, as well as three lounging chairs, while you and your group catch up on conversation, news, movies, or whatever you’d like on the Smart TV.
TV: 4 TVs throughout the home: one in the living area, and the others in the respective bedrooms.
PARKING: There is parking onsite for guests.

We are a veteran-owned business, with a background in hospitality and national armed service. We do offer a full line of concierge options, so please allow us to help you customize your stay.
