- Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m.


- No pets allowed.


- No smoking inside the house.



- For stays of 28 days or more, please note the following information

- A temporary rental contract must be signed.

- Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution centre once the bills are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.


- You will have to assume an additional administrative service fee set at 125 EUR.



The property has an electronic lock so you can enter at any time without additional charge.




In case you require or request a face to face check in the charge will be

25 EUR from 15:00 to 22:00


60 EUR from 22:00 to 8:00
