This is a fully designer two-bedroom apartment, newly renovated and redecorated, where you can enjoy one of the best areas in Madrid center.
One of the bedrooms has a 1.35 cm bed, a wardrobe, and windows making it incredibly bright.
The other bedroom has a comfortable 0.90 cm bunk bed and a wardrobe, making your stay completely comfortable and cozy.
All beds come with a sheet set so you don't have to worry about anything. - Living Room: A bright, fully renovated living room with designer furniture and hundreds of details.
It includes a comfortable sofa, rug, lamps, and a Smart TV. 55" Smart TV, high-speed internet. - Kitchen: You have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare any type of meal: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hot plate, pans, cutlery, glassware, etc.
A complete dining set to enjoy to the fullest. - Bedroom 1: Very cozy.
Viscoelastic double bed imported from Italy, plants, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.
The bed comes fully equipped with sheets, pillows, and cushions. - Bedroom 2: Very bright and cozy.
Comfortable 0.90 cm bunk bed with viscoelastic mattresses, plants, and a wardrobe.
The bed comes fully equipped with sheets, pillows, and cushions. - 1 fully equipped bathroom with everything you need for a perfect stay for 1 to 4 people.
The bathroom will have a towel set for each guest: large, medium, and foot towels.
Hair dryer, iron, soap dish, shampoo, and gel. Once the reservation is made and before arrival, we will need you to complete the online check-in, which is simply the registration of your details for the established control we must maintain.
Access to the apartment is via an automated system activated by your mobile phone, so it is important to have a phone with internet, at least for check-in.
Inside the apartment, you will have a set of keys for your stay. IMPORTANT: Only one set of keys is provided for the stay in the apartment, for security policies.
The opening system via the link will also remain valid throughout your stay, so you can use both the keys and the opening link.
All communication and inquiries to receive information about reservations must be made through the messaging platform.

Me encantó que era bastante amplio para 9 personas, con muy buena ubicación conectado con metro y con restaurantes y comercios muy cerca
No me gustó nada lo sucio que estaba todo. También que en una habitación con literas no sé podía usar porque es somier estaba destrozado y tuvimos que tirar los colchones al suelo y que las griferías de las duchas no funcionaban correctamente. Una pena lo mal cuidado que estaba porque si lo cuidasen un poco sería un apartamento espectacular

Mala comunicación si no tienes una línea local. Fuera de horario no contestan llamadas vía WA aun si es una urgencia y si no tienes una línea local, eso complica las cosas

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property! Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and between the two kitchens we could find everything we needed. The pool is an added bonus.
