The Tiroler Ache flows through Marquartstein, smaller lakes such as the Wössner See in Unterwössen, the Zeller See in Schleching and the Reifinger See in Grassau are beautiful bathing lakes and easily accessible by bike.
For children there is a lovely playground and a fairytale park with a summer toboggan run.
Salzburg with its sights can also be reached by car in approx. 45 minutes (63km).
In winter, skiers also get their money's worth, as the Winkelmoos/Steinplatte ski area in Reit im Winkl is only 15 km away.

There is also a new bedroom made of solid wood with a freshly made double bed and a spacious closet.
A balcony invites you to have breakfast in fine weather, with a magnificent view of the Schnappen, the Hochlerch and Marquartstein Castle.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, WC, hairdryer, washing machine, new high-quality bathroom high-quality bathroom furniture and skylight.
