The living areas in this single-storey shepherd’s hut consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen - equipped with electric oven, two-ring hob, and a fridge with ice box - as well as a dining area with seating for two guests and sitting area with woodburning stove. There is one double bedroom with a TV, along with a shower room. Outside there is a private front gravelled area with lawn, furniture, and a fire pit, and off-road parking is available. Within 0.9 miles you will find a shop. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Little Pip is a wonderful base from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Note: This is an adult-only property. Note: There are three steps up to the property. Note: Pets are not permitted upstairs or on the furniture
