It has all aspects of living in the countryside to the fullest due to the marvellous location in one of the best 18-hole golf courses of Europe, Las Colinas.


The Space
As you enter the property the hallway leads onto a large open plan lounge, dining area and large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. There are large windows on three sides of the open plan living area, with balconies on both sides of the property. On the side overlooking the golf course you have a sofa set and lounging chairs perfect for relaxing with a drink. On the other side there is a 6 person dining table and the utility cupboard. The first door to the left of the front door is the master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower. On the opposite side of the hallway is the family bathroom also with a rainfall shower. Next to the family bathroom is the second bedroom, it has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and access out to the balcony overlooking the golf course. Across the hall is the third bedroom this also has a double bed with built in wardrobes.
There is a small communal pool just below your apartment block and a short walk along a picturesque path the other Madrono apartments leads you to the larger outdoor communal pool, Indoor communal pool and gym.

There is both lift and stairway access to the property.


The Neighborhood
Las Colinas located in Campoamor, southern Alicante is a 5 star golf resort with restaurant, gym and scenic walks through the local flora, orange groves and lemon groves. You also have more golf courses and a large variety of bars and restaurants within a 10-minute drive. Along the coastline, you have a selection of blue-flagged beaches all within a 20-minute drive.
