Oregon Jade lodging presents :
The guest units is newly remolded, in the beautiful, friendly and upscale neighborhood by a stream.
Guests have private entrance, private deck facing back yard with full grown trees and separate outdoor sitting area.
Enjoy the quite environment but close to town- only 20 minutes from downtown Portland and 5 minutes from freeway down north or south Oregon.
No full kitchen.
Tesla charger available.
Need to go up and down 20 steps of stairs. City and county lodging tax to be collected after the booking is confirmed. I keep upgrading the space so expect to see nicer than these pictures. This is the lower lever of the house (with some stairs) our family live in. I have to be honest that we do have some noise upstairs although we try to minimize as much as possible.
But we definitely observe the quite time between 10pm and 8am. You can charge your electric vehicle with our Tesla charger after 10pm with prior arrangements outside our garage. Your private entrance is at the side of the house along the round stone path.
You will be entering the guest unit though a beautiful deck.
When entering the guest unit, your will be greeted by a gorgeous fire place, a large great room with family room, dinning area and a living room all in one. The guest unit has no full kitchen but a microwave, a toaster oven, a skillet, a coffee maker, a thermos pot and refrigerator.
Paper plates and plastics utensils are also provided.
The dining table is large enough to sit 6 adults comfortably. Both the living room and family room sofa are big enough to sleep a guest respectively.
There are plenty of space to socialize and have your own space to chill as well.
TV is fire stick connected. In the first bedroom, you will have your own private deck to enjoy. The second room is large enough that we put a working desk, office chair and a small futon. One full bathroom with shower and toilettes provided. The outdoor deck has open and covered portion so enjoy the fresh air rain or shine.
In hot Summer days, it is best to sit under the trees and star to enjoy your chat and laugh.
However, we would recommend all noise and activities move to indoor after 10pm and keep it at reasonable level so we can keep the nice relationship with our neighbors. Below the deck, you are welcome to use the fire pit to experience camp fire feeling.
Just remember to put out the fire after.
You may see deers grazing during the day ! Definitely no smoking of any form in the whole property inside out because the house is fully surrounded by trees. No animals are allowed. Licenses number: Bl The entire lower level - guest unit, deck, backyard, fire pit. We love to meet you and have interesting conversation but also respect you if you want to enjoy your quite time.
We are easy. Safe, kids friendly cul da sac. Close to freeway Walking friendly.
On street parking.
Need to have car to get around. There is no full kitchen in this unit. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

It was nice and clean but loud in the morning at 7 am when we would have wanted to sleep in very noisy upstairs.. That would be my only complaint is the noise from the owners living above.I didn’t realize it was an attached VRBO

Had a wonderful stay in West Linn. Gloria is so welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. We were able to catch up on rest and enjoy the beautiful trees and birds in the backyard. Would definitely stay again.
