The apartment is located in a neighborhood near the center of Madrid. From the airport it's 20 minutes by Uber, and from Atocha it's literally 5 minutes, so I recommend the Uber from Atocha.
If you choose the Metro, the closest stations are Plaza Eliptica, Usera or Marques de Vadillo. The center is 20 minutes away by metro.
You can make use of the room with TV, and the refrigerator or microwave. Cooking is not allowed.

If you are a smoker, the apartment is located on the ground floor with immediate access to a garden, so you can smoke outside the apartment.

I am Argentine, 38 years old, I live with my two dogs and I telework from home. I have been in Madrid for two and a half years. I rent the guest room that has a double bed, closet, complimentary water heater with coffee and tea available. Hair dryer and iron at your bedroom. Additionally, a 32' TV with Netflix and Chromecast as well as internet access. Cooking is not allowed. Also the apartment is not suitable for kids as it has stairs without safety protection.
