The holiday flat is located in the centre of Alt-Marquartstein, directly on the Tiroler Ache river. Surrounded by the local mountains "Hochgern" and "Hochplatte", the holiday flat is the perfect starting point for hikes and excursions.

Environment description
Marquartstein is not only situated in a very charming, central location in the valley of the "Tiroler Achen" south of Lake Chiemsee, but also not far from the metropolises of Munich and Salzburg.
Within a radius of around 15 km, visitors have all kinds of leisure activities at their disposal. Be it on the countless hiking and cycling trails of all categories or on mountain tours across the alpine pastures and sunny peaks. Water sports are possible on the Chiemsee or the Tiroler Ache. The Achental is a pioneering region for flying and offers ideal opportunities for hang-gliders and paragliders. There is also plenty on offer in the winter months. The ski areas Winkelmoos-Alm, Benzeck and the Steinplatte are 15 km away in Reit im Winkel.

Arrival Description
By car: Motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Bernau or Grabenstätt, continue on the B305 towards Reit im Winkel until Marquartstein.
By public transport: Munich-Salzburg railway line, Übersee station, from there take the RVO bus in the direction of Reit im Winkel to Marquartstein. Get off at Marquartstein town hall.

Description of the accommodation
The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house that was completed in 2022. It is a 2-room flat with approx. 68m². The bedroom offers a double bed 180x200. The couch offers a sleep function, so that this can also be used as a sleeping place. Free WLAN is available. The balcony is not yet finished and cannot be used.
