Oregon Jade Lodging: 30 days minimum rental. No tax. Suitable for work travel, relocation or extended stay. This is a three-bedroom townhouse in very family oriented neighborhood. Walk to grocery, coffee stops, restaurants, fast food, gas station, high school, community college. Garage parking, outdoor siting patio. Close to freeway, 13 miles to downtown Portland, 18 miles to airport. Hospital nearby. This is a dog friendly house but only one dog 1 year or older, under 20lb is allowed.

First level is the living room, dinning room, kitchen and garage. Kitchen will be equipped with pots and pans, utensil, cooking tools, dish, bowls, glass and cups. Basic home appliance like coffee maker, blender, mixer, slow cook, toaster oven will be provided. I will provider starter consumable like detergent, laundry detergent, seasonings, shampoo, hand soap, paper towel etc.
Up stairs you will find three bed rooms and the laundry room.
Large master room has a double sink vanity, shower and a soaking tub. You will also enjoy the big walk-in closet
The second bed room has queen size bed and a closet.
The third bed room has a twin size bed, a writing desk with chair and a closet.
The front patio is my perfect place to hang out and chat with the neighbors.
I will be responsible to maintenance the yard.

Townhouse family oriented neighborhood. Walking and biking friendly. Golf course Very convenient location where you can take public transit or drive or even bike to shops or essentials services. Grocery store, shops golf course, high school, community college is within walking distance, bike or 5 min. drive.

One car can park inside the garage, one car park outside the garage, one car park in front of the house

- All bookings are required to pay a 3000 dollars security deposit to cover potential damage or missing items
- Electric usage is caped at 90 dollars a month. Excess will be collected from deposit
- all towels and slippers are new and for you to keep. If you want to bring your own towels, I can refund you 120 dollars.
- dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture.
