Cozy apartment in the center of Madrid, recently renovated and located in the Delicias neighborhood.
It's just a few minutes from the two most important avenues in the area: Paseo de Santa María de la Cabeza and Paseo de las Delicias, a zone with numerous shops, bars, and restaurants.
Delicias is possibly the best-connected neighborhood in all of Madrid, with Metro, Cercanías (commuter train), and Atocha Train Station nearby, as well as endless buses connecting to all parts of Madrid.
Excellent public transport connections: Metro, bus, and train stops are just a few minutes from the property.
We love animals.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom; it's very comfortable.
The bedroom has a double bed and ample space for luggage storage.
Both the bedroom and the living room have natural light, but at the same time, they ensure your rest is not interrupted by the noise of Madrid's busy streets.
The living room features a comfortable sofa, an extendable table with chairs, a TV, and the kitchen area.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and kitchenware.
The apartment has air conditioning with hot and cold heat pump.
The bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer, and a small cabinet for your storage needs.
The apartment provides towels and bed linen; shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer are available in the bathroom.

This section does not include excessive dirt, grease, stains on sheets and towels, cleaning of excessive amounts of trash, etc.
In these cases, an additional supplement of €20/hour for cleaning and laundry will be applied to restore the cleanliness of the items.
SMOKING Out of respect for other guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Lighting candles and incense is also not allowed.
