Located in the heart of the business area
The Bernabeu Loft flat is in Azca, known as one of the most important business areas of Madrid due to the large presence of offices in the area. It is however also an important residential area so it has easy access to leisure centres, offices, restaurants. Just a few minutes walk from Paseo de la Castellana, Calle Orense and very close to the famous Santiago Bernabeu stadium. It is a perfect location and very well communicated with any point of the city. It has a direct line to the airport thanks to the proximity of the Metro Nuevos Ministerios.
The Apartment:
This loft flat is located on the ground floor of the building with access from the street. It has 33 m2 and a capacity of 4 people distributed in a loft with a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The loft is 1.74 metres high and has built-in wardrobes. There is a full bathroom with a shower. The tastefully decorated living room has a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your stay in Madrid. It has air conditioning and heating. The flat has been completely refurbished and has a modern touch in every way.
The cot is subject to availability. Please give at least 5 days notice.
