Enjoy a holiday in every season for adventurers and those seeking peace and quiet at our family-friendly, idyllic organic farm, located on the southern slope of the Hohe Salve at 780m above sea level, where there's something for everyone year-round.
There's plenty to discover here at our farm.
THE ANIMALS Our fluffy rabbits, our sweet tomcat Stritzie, and our child-loving goat Hanni will be delighted to receive grass and cuddles at any time of day.
Our cows and their calves can't wait to meet you – in the stable during winter and out on the Hohe Salve in summer, where they enjoy the fresh mountain air.
THE PLAYGROUND Children can play joyfully and carefree in our playhouse, complete with a mud kitchen, climbing wall, and a slide into the hay, or let off steam in the spacious playground by the double swing, on the trampoline, in the sandbox, on the seesaw, playing table tennis or badminton, or riding roller racers or pedal tractors.
THE GARDEN The large, idyllic garden with seating in the greenery or in the barbecue hut surrounded by fragrant roses, as well as comfortable wooden loungers, invite you to relax and dream.
SNOW FUN Right behind our house is the ski run to the valley station of the Salvenbahn, providing access to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixen.
Our ski storage room offers a boot dryer for warm feet in the morning, and we provide free rental sleds and sliding discs.
Our region also offers various cross-country ski trails, winter hiking paths, and many other winter activities.
KEY DETAILS FOR YOUR STAY • Two fully equipped, cozy 50m² apartments on the 2nd floor of our farmhouse, each accommodating up to 5 people, with wonderful views of the Tyrolean mountains. • Free Wi-Fi in almost all areas. • Towels, bed linen, toilet paper, soap, hairdryer, dishwasher tabs, and kitchen towels are provided. • Baby equipment: Cot, high chair, and bed guard are available. • Water from our own springs. • Sustainable energy generation: Heating with wood from our own forest and utilizing the sun as a heat source. • Massages in the "Wohlfühlstube" (Wellness Room) – treat yourself and book a massage with masseuse Johanna in the Wellness Room, just a few meters away.
We love animals, which is why we have plenty of them on our farm, but only outdoors and in the stable; we cannot accommodate pets in the apartments.
The washing machine can be used (for a fee).

Free parking is available at the house, and we also offer covered parking spaces.

Die Wohnung war komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man zu Hause auch vorfindet. Die Lage, direkt an der Skipiste, Skikeller mit Trockner, alles ist hier sehr komfortabel und gut durchdacht.
