Please note that along with this fence, the owner's dog also has an electric fence and he won't be let out when guests are present • Please note that while our Studio Unit has 3 doors, 2 of them will not be accessible throughout your stay.
The door located next to the bed leads to your private deck/yard, driveway, and it's this space's entry door.
The door facing the kitchen leads to the owner's deck/yard, and the door next to the fridge leads to the owner's house (both of these will remain locked) • Complimentary outdoor parking is available on the gravel driveway located on the right side of the property for up to 2 cars • If you'd like to keep your clothes clean, there's a laundromat located less than a 0.25 mile down the street • A Pack n' Play may be available upon request - Please let us know if interested! • Please note renters have to log into their own accounts to access the TV's streaming services • We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection!
