Welcome to our 80 sqm holiday flat for 1-4 people. Enjoy the beautiful location directly on the Tiroler Ache with mountain views, only 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of Marquartstein. The flat with south/west orientation is located on the 1st floor in a small apartment building and is furnished in a high quality and comfortable manner. Washing machine and dryer are available in the house, and a free underground parking space is also available.

Environment description
Quiet location for relaxation and recreation, but also ideal for all outdoor activities such as mountain hiking, enjoyable cycling, mountain biking, swimming in surrounding small lakes. Winter sports such as cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, ski tours and snowshoe hiking. A wide range of leisure activities for families, e.g. the Marquartstein Fairytale Adventure Park. The Achental cycle path passes directly by the house. Only a few km to the valley station of the Hochplatten cable car, or to the Geigelstein nature reserve. Only 20 minutes by car to the Chiemsee lido Übersee (fantastic sunsets!).

terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of EUR 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 15 years: EUR 1,00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge. Renting to a work company is not desired!

Arrival Description
A8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Bernau, continue on the B305 (Deutsche Alpenstraße), at the beginning of Marquartstein turn left before "Norma", then immediately turn right into Hochlerchstraße.

Nice bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, additionally a separate toilet with own shower. 2 balconies. Free WLAN, underground parking space.
