This detached holiday home is located at the edge of beautiful Krimml, with views of Europe's highest waterfalls.
You occupy this house all by yourself and have access to a living kitchen with cosy 'Kachelofen'.
This room is frequently used for socialising, both in winter and summer.
Next to the house you will find a spacious garden and you can relax in the sauna.
Luxury and relaxation in a prime location! In winter, there is a practice field and playing field directly nearby for novice skiers.
The free ski bus less than 100 metres from the house, takes you to the amazing Zillertal Arena ski area in a short time.
Krimml is also well worth a visit in other seasons.
For example, head to the Hohe Tauern National Park for hiking or start a hiking trail directly behind the house where you'll have stunning views of the village below.
There is a carport for 2 cars.
Additional cars can be parked on the driveway in the garden The accommodation consists of several separate housing units that are not directly connected to each other. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.

Mooie grote woning, ruime kamers en ruimte genoeg voor alle gasten. De keuken is voorzien van dubbele machines zodat ook met grote groepen er voldoende capaciteit is, handig! Het ligt in het dorp Krimml, waar een supermarkt, restaurants en skiverhuur te vinden zijn. Skibus stopt op 100m

Eine wunderschön eingerichtete Villa, die Platz für 14 Personen bietet. Die Villa befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe der Krimmler Wasserfälle, mehrerer Restaurants und eines Supermarktes. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und es wurde an alles gedacht. Dies ist das perfekte Ferienhaus für große Gruppen!

Schönes großes Haus, geräumige Zimmer und Platz genug für alle Gäste. Die Küche ist mit Doppelmaschinen ausgestattet, so dass auch bei großen Gruppen genügend Kapazität vorhanden ist, praktisch! Es befindet sich im Dorf Krimml, wo ein Supermarkt, Restaurants und Skiverleih gefunden werden kann. Der Skibus hält in 100m Entfernung.
