Welcome to the "Landhaus zum Sonnenschein", dear "moment collectors", we are looking forward to all those who love to be surrounded by fairytale nature. Open the front door and enjoy an unforgettable time at our home! Whether in winter, spring, summer or the colourful autumn season, in Marquartstein both young and old guests will always find space and time for an experience that will stay in their hearts. Our guests find a place that still "enchants" even us. Our rooms have a room height of approx. 2.70 metres and thus leave plenty of space to dream, while you enjoy views of our beautiful garden property with views of our mountains- nature to let your soul dangle. Environment description
We are at home in a fabulously beautiful vacation region in Bavaria! "Dahoam" at the Hochplatte (1586m), with our cable car up to the "Grassauer Almen", opposite the extensive Hochgern area with Hochgernhaus (1461m), on the Maximiliansweg. On foot from here to the Ache or by bike to our lakes e.g. the Chiemsee and off to the Ilands.... Not far to the famous winter sports places e.g. Kitzbühl, Winklmossalm with Steinplatte and Ruhpolding.

From 15.00 clock your arrival is possible and the apartment is basically ready for occupancy, bed linen, towels, tea towels are included and your beds are freshly made. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, smoking on the balcony is allowed! Unfortunately we can not accept pets, we ask for your understanding. Note: for allergy sufferers to our house belongs a cat. Arrival / departure: from 15:00 / to hand over no later than 10:30. The mentioned prices are plus health resort tax in the amount of EUR 1,50 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 15 years: EUR 1,00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge. Additional services: e.g. bread service on request.

Arrival Description
Via the motorway A8 Munich - Salzburg, the exit Bernau am Chiemsee or Grabenstätt leads you further to Reit im Winkl, Grassau, Marquartstein. In Grassau take the 1st exit at the roundabout in the direction of Marquartstein, coming from the Grabenstätt exit, in Grassau take the 2nd exit at the roundabout to Marquartstein. Arrived in the centre of Marquartstein at the town hall / church, turn right onto Loitshauser Straße and continue straight ahead, in approx. 400 metres on the right side of the road you have reached us, you will see our house name Landhaus zum Sonnenschein on the house facade. Arrival by train: Munich - Salzburg railway line, destination station: Übersee am Chiemsee, we will be happy to pick you up from there!

Description of the accommodation
Charming holiday flat, around the time of the summer retreat. Room heights of approx. 2.70 metres give our guests a very comfortable living feeling.Your holiday flat has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, as well as an "XL" double loft bed and seating in both rooms.Livingroom with sofa, great reading corner, game chest, dining table for 6 people, cable / satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped in a simple and modern way with a dining table for 3 persons, with a covered south-east balcony with balcony chairs and a hanging chair to relax only for summer. Daylight bathroom with shower tub, separate WC, hallway with wardrobe, free Wi-Fi in the rooms.
