Prydes Cottage is a pretty terraced cottage on two levels, right on the waterfront overlooking the sea in St Mawes.
It’s less than a minutes stroll from the harbour and a 2 minute level walk from shops, with fantastic views across the sea to the mouth of the Helford River in one direction and the mouth of the Percuil River in the other.
Just right for couples or small family.
Step into the spacious,light living room with ‘coal effect’ electric fire, and two windows with those sensational views of the seafront; at the back of the cottage is a good-sized fitted kitchen-dining room with a utility room and a shower-room, and door to porch and courtyard.
Head up the stairs to two bedrooms – a king-size double, and a twin, both with panoramic sea views as if from the bridge of a ship; even the family bathroom has wonderful sea views from the bath! At the back is a private suntrap courtyard with garden furniture for sitting out.
