A lovely apartment in a converted Tudor manor house set in 11 acres of well-maintained gardens on the Kenegie Manor Holiday Park.
Situated close to the village of Gulval, our apartment is just a short drive away to one of Cornwall's most famous destinations St Ives, a working harbour surrounded by fantastic beaches, art galleries plus great restaurants.
Our proximity to Penzance, St Michaels Mount, Lands End, Minack Outdoor Theatre and many more iconic attractions means it is the perfect location to explore the best of what Cornwall has to offer.
Boasting far-reaching rural views, overlooking the courtyard garden with stunning Cornish sunsets The Penthouse has open plan living with a spacious and a comfortable set-up, this retreat is perfect for a small family or couples wanting to get away from it all. Extremely spacious with exceptionally high-quality furnishings and fabrics, the apartment has a real “home from home” feel.
Together with a collection of seating and a neutral colour scheme comes together to create an all-round relaxing ambience.
A dining area and contemporary kitchen complete the formation, well-appointed for a social evening with your loved ones.

Apartment 20 is a lovely accommodation located in the village of Gulval in Cornwall. Two lower floor bedrooms, 1 x double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x child bunk. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area. To the outside is off road parking. On-site facilities are provided by Kenegie Manor, weekly leisure passes can be purchased on arrival, this includes access to a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and hot tub.. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. On-site shop, and on-site bar offering evening meals, with pool table and dart board. Note: Maximum 3 adults, 1 child and 1 infant; this property cannot accept more than 3 adults.
