Det er et gammelt, men meget charmerende sommerhus. Det er lidt mystisk placeret midt i et villa-kvarter. Men dermed også tæt på busser ind til Århus og stadig meget tæt på stranden, hvor vi var nede hver eneste dag.

Meget simpelt hus, men ligger godt. Forvent ikke meget og få en god ferie i Århus. Strand i gåafstand. Indkøb i gåafstand og byen kan nås i bil på 15 min.
