Situated on the banks of the Manzanares River, very close to Madrid Rio, a huge park with bike lane and space for all kinds of outdoor activities, walking, sports, disconnect, having next to the shopping centre Antonio Lopez, Matadero Museum, a space that hosts shows and contemporary exhibitions.



The apartment
It is located in a building with lift, on the third floor. A great opportunity to get to know the city of Madrid!


It has a surface area of 65m², consists of two bedrooms, can accommodate up to six people and offers guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.


The living room is an open-plan room with a fresh decoration, a sofa bed and a nice dining table.


The American style kitchen, modern and bright, is fully equipped with everything you need, including top of the range appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout.

This wonderful flat has two bathrooms, both with shower with screen.



The master bedroom is very bright, has a window to the outside and has a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with a window to the exterior, has two single beds.



The flat has underfloor heating and cooling, an innovative system that avoids having to use radiators and air conditioning units.



This flat does not have private parking. However, there is a public car park within 200 metres of the flat.



The cot is subject to availability. Please give a maximum of 5 days notice.
