This attractive stone villa is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens with a variety of plants and shrubs.
A lawned area surrounding the private swimming pool provides the perfect spot for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the beautiful mountain views. The house is located on a quiet, residential cul-de-sac shared by other holiday homes, yet still offers a good degree of privacy.
The famous and picturesque town of Pollensa, with its notable old quarter, is nearby; and there are supermarkets and a couple of bars within easy walking distance. Inside, the house is traditionally furnished and decorated with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.
