With a surface area of 24m² and renovated at the end of 2021, this is a modern, practical and super-central studio. With its mezzanine double bed and sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate 3 people. It is equipped with a dressing room, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (combi oven, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and induction hob...), a table for 4 and a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
