Casa Mayor is located just half an hour by car from the airport and Palma, in Dalt de Sa Rapita on Mallorca’s south coast—a quiet area close to the sandy beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, and Ses Salinas (1,900 m, about 6 minutes by bike).
The natural stone villa faces south and offers a heated private pool and a large, secluded plot.
Sun loungers, a large parasol, an outdoor shower, a covered terrace with patio furniture, and a Weber gas grill are at your disposal.
The rooftop terrace, accessible from outside, features two sun loungers, a lounge set, and views stretching to Es Trenc beach.
The spacious 50 sqm living room is newly furnished.
The house provides high-speed internet, smart TVs (65", 50", 27"), and a soundbar.
The kitchen is newly equipped with high-quality appliances.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite.
All windows and the patio door have new insect screens; kitchen and bathroom windows are also barred.
The house is secured by an alarm system.
Pool and pool area use is at your own risk.
The property has solar panels and a wallbox; charging e-bikes is possible.
Two bicycles are available free of charge.

Alles. Der Pool ist ein Traum, beheizbar bis auf die gewünschte Temperatur. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Ort Sa Rapita ist ruhig und bis Palma Innenstadt sind es ca 40mln mit dem Auto.
Wunderschönes Haus im November in dem sehr ruhigen Dorf Sa Rapita .

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet.
Die Küche praktisch eingerichtet und hat hochwertige Geräte.
Die Heizung des Pools kostest extra.
So weit so gut, eine Info in der Beschreibung wäre gut.
