Grundstück und Lage sind absolut empfehlenswert. Gepflegter Rasen und geschnittene Hecke. Die Fenster (aussen) müssten einmal geputzt werden (aber uns hat es nicht gestört). Der Allgemeinzustand des Hauses ist völlig ok, sofern keine 5* erwartet werden.Ggfs. dürfte der Duschvorhang einmal getauscht werden, ebenso der Badvorleger. Kühlschrank, Backofen, Spülmaschine etc. funktionieren tadellos.

Einfach eingerichtet, Ausstattung in der Küche könnte größer sein. Matratzen sind gut. Kopfkissen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Kinderzimmer ist durch das Bett gefüllt. Garten und Aussenbereich gut.

Das Haus ist für vier bis fünf Personen gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist okay, evtl. könnte mal ein größerer Kochtopf benötigt werden. Außenbereich ist gepflegt. Matratzen und Bettzeug waren leider nicht so schön (schmuddelig und fleckig). Nähe zum Strand entspricht per Fußweg auch nicht den angegebenen 250 m.
