A lovely quirky cottage handily situated on the edge of the town of Penrith. Had an enjoyable stay everything that we needed was provided and we would definitely recommend the cowshed for a holiday. We will return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at The Cowshed. It's conveniently located, just 10-15 mins walk from the centre of Penrith, with a Spar just across the road and other supermarkets nearby.We particularly loved all of the cow accoutrements - the little cottage was packed with them!The bed and sofas were comfortable and there was pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen (albeit quite small).
