Being within easy reach of the A52, this cabin is in a great spot to explore places such as Boston or Skegness..
All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space.
Living area: Freeview TV, DVD Player Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet.
All properties: Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Travel cot and highchair available on request.
Paved terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 9-acre of natural grounds (shared with other properties on-site).
Private parking for 3 cars. 1 small pet welcome (must be kept on lead at all times within the grounds).
No smoking.
Please note: There are 3 lakes within the grounds..

These 5 holiday cabins, each with furnished verandah for dining al fresco, are located 7 miles from Boston, and 20 miles from Skegness.
They are situated just outside the small village of Old Leake where there are two pubs, a supermarket and a children’s play area.
The site is ½ mile from the A52 with a regular bus service to Boston and Skegness.
Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where National Dressage competitions are held.
The local RSPB reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton village to the south has a café, supermarket and pub.
There are many country lanes around the site which are ideal for walking and cycling.
The cabins overlook an established fishing lake (permit provided), however, guests will also be required to have their own Environment Agency fishing license.
Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Small dog/s only allowed.

Lovely place to stay if you want peace and quiet and enjoy fishing. Not much in the local area but Boston is down the road. The cabin was amazing a home from home and really warm 😊

Had a lovely stay at no2 lake view Lodge. Everything you need is provided, spotless clean. Set right next to a fishing pool, lovely relaxing holiday. We will definitely be returning
