This bright holiday cottage is suited for the modern family.
From the spacious kitchen/family room you have direct access to a lovely terrace with sea view.
The spacious bathroom has, is in addition to 2-person whirlpool, a shower, washing machine and dryer.
There are skylights over the dining table and also in the mezzanine with three mattresses.
There are also good views of the area from the mezzanine which also has partial ocean views.
From the bedroom there is access to the garden behind the house with a good lawn, and around the entire house are tiles and good parking space for 2 cars.
For the children there is a swing set and a sand pit.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit guter Raumaufteilung.Die Ausstattung ist okay aber nicht für 8 Personen.Die Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig.Die Lage ist wunderschön und zum spazieren gehen gut geeignet.Zum Strand sind es 2 Minuten Fußweg.Mit dem Ofen und ein Glas Wein ist hier eine Entschleunigung ganz sicher.

"Das Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße (Sackgasse) also schon ruhig, aber nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt (maximal 3 Minuten zu Fuß).Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Für etwas größere Kinder befindet sich ""unter dem Dach"" eine Galerie mit zwei weiteren Schlafgelegenheiten, oder Platz zum Spielen."

Gute ruhige Lage in Strandnähe, gute Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück, Küche gut und komplett azsgestattet. Nettes modernes Wohnzimmer und Essecke Dusche leider recht klein und nicht sehr praktisch.Teppiche in den Schlafzimmern sollten durch neue und hygienische ersetzt werden.Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus
