Information about the host
Our two holiday homes are located on the quiet outskirts of Höchstädt with a view of the natural surroundings of the Fichtelgebirge and in the middle of the three towns of Marktredwitz, Wunsiedel and Selb. The Fichtelgebirge is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, some routes even lead across the border into the neighbouring Czech Republic. The Fichtelsee or Weißenstädter See lakes invite you to take short walks by the water. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, the thermal baths in Bad Alexandersbad or Weißenstadt are the right place for you. You can explore vehicles from every era of automotive history at the automobile museum in Fichtelberg. The collection comprises more than 500 exhibits and is definitely worth a visit. Whether for cross-country skiing, tobogganing or alpine skiing: the Fichtelgebirge is also a pleasure in winter! You will find a bakery, a butcher's shop and a shop for the essentials right in the village. The Fichtelgebirge offers countless possibilities, especially for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers!

Conditions/Extras
A deposit of 20% can be charged after booking. The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged with 50% of the total costs, cancellations in the 7 days before arrival will be charged with 100% of the total costs.

Description of the unit
Our cosy, ground-floor holiday home Kornberg is 95 m2 in size and has electric blinds and underfloor heating. The 2 separate bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and a full-length mattress. There is also a TV in the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with all important electrical appliances (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with oven, coffee machine, toaster) and leaves nothing to be desired. The cosy living room with TV, couch and Swedish stove invites you to enjoy cosy evenings watching TV or playing games. The wood for the stove can be purchased either directly on site or at the nearest DIY store. The bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin and WC completes the overall picture. Please remember to bring your own towels. You can relax on the holiday home's terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. The one-off final cleaning fee of EUR 115.00 is not included in the price and must be paid on site on arrival. Pets are allowed on request and for a fee (7,00EUR per pet/night)

Conditions/Extras
