The Space
Sundial F3 features a Master Bedroom / Master Bath with a King Bed, Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 is upstairs and features a Double (Full) Bed and a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed. The Living Room has a Sleeper Sofa, Love Seat and a Flat Screen TV. The Kitchen/ Bar area has bar stools with seating for 3 and the Dining Area table seats 4. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessary essentials and a Washer / Dryer combo is included as well.
The Condo Complex also offers a beautiful outdoor pool and BBQ area for your enjoyment.
** Please note: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay. Also included is a $25 Parking Pass fee. **


Guest Access
Sundial F3 features a private reserved - covered parking area and elevator access to each of the floors.

Biloxi, MS casinos are only a couple hours away!
