Fantastic room in the neighbourhood of Vallehermoso: neighbourhood belonging to the Chamberí district of Madrid. It is bounded by the avenues of Moncloa to the north and Bravo Murillo street to the east. It has access to a large number of bus lines, and 400m from the Metro station "Islas Filipinas" and 600m from the station "Guzmán el Bueno".


This 12m2 room can accommodate one person and has a single bed. The bathroom is shared.



It has lift, internet access (wifi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation and TV. It also has an independent induction kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay.

Only students from 18 to 30 years old are accepted.

Proof that the guest is a student is required.

-If your booking lasts more than 7 days, you will be charged an additional cleaning of minimum 2 hours per week, according to Covid19's disinfection policy.

- No more people are allowed in the flat than those covered in the booking.

Failure to comply with the rules may result in fines of up to 1000eur.
