This flat is located in a classic building in the heart of Madrid, just a five-minute walk from the Puerta del Sol with the stop of the same name. The most important museums can also be reached in just a few minutes. These include the Museum del Prado, the Reina Sofía Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum.

You can reach the balcony from the living area. From here you have a view of the street.

You live in a modern 60m² flat that can accommodate up to five people. You can also enjoy an interesting view from the fourth floor. Unfortunately, there is no lift in the building. Windows in each of the rooms provide plenty of light. The colours are bright and warm, creating a very cosy atmosphere. The hallway leads directly into the living and dining area. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa (three-seater). There is a wooden dining table and a TV stand with LCD TV and DVD player. There are two bedrooms at your disposal. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.60m x 1.90m) and the other bedroom has a bunk bed (0.90m x 1.90m). Two people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. A modern bathroom with shower and the fully equipped kitchen (2-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), which is directly adjacent to the living area, round off the offer.

You live on the famous Santa Ana Square, in the centre of Madrid. Although you are surrounded by the main metro stations, you don't necessarily have to use them: you can reach many sights within a few minutes' walk. These include museums such as Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen), but also tourist magnets such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real or Gran Vía - Madrid's Broadway with many theatres and cinemas.

The accommodation also offers wireless internet and air conditioning. In addition to bed linen and towels, you will also find hand soap, toilet paper, a hairdryer, washing powder and dishwashing liquid.
